Greenwood Park is a quiet enclave of 16 townhomes nestled among single family homes in the Village of Roselle, Illinois. Our community is ideally located within easy walking distance to downtown Roselle, the village hall, the library, the commuter train, and Kemmerling park and pool.
The homes were constructed over a four year period starting in 1976 by Doris and Bjarne Loseth of the Greenwood Park Development Corporation. The unique architecture offers exposed brick walls, cedar siding, lots of windows and decks. Greenwood Park offers the best of both worlds -- convenience of townhome living with the advantages of small town life.
